Google user data

The data Bytes collects includes your Google user data, which we access through Google's IMAP service, Google Contacts' API and the Gmail API. Bytes can view your contacts, read, send, delete and manage your emails. We, however, our services, contedo not intend to send, delete or manage your emails, only to view your contacts and read your emails. You can decide whether you share with your team your contacts and your email interactions. Under no circumstance will Bytes share your Google user data outside of your team in Bytes, or outside of Bytes other than in the circumstances described in this policy. The Google user data is subject to our privacy policy in its entirety as all personal data collected by Bytes.

3. Recipients of your data

Personal data pertaining to you collected on the Website are destined for Bytes own use. They may be forwarded to Bytes's partners so that Bytes may obtain assistance in the context of carrying out its services.

Bytes.io collects data for the requirements of carrying out its contractual obligations and retains the same in active databases so long as you are a customer of and use the services of Bytes.io (the contract binding us has not been terminated) or as the case may be, to the extent the data has surpassed 10 gigabytes in volume, and in accordance with the current regulations in effect.

Nevertheless, Bytes in no way undertakes to store this data indefinitely. You are able to access some of the data so long as you hold an active account with us and for a period that varies depending on the type of data concerned. The data may be deleted at any time in accordance with the provisions set forth above.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

Bytes.io reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy, in particular, pursuant to any changes made to the laws and regulations in effect. Any modifications made will be notified to you via our Website or by email, to the extent possible, thirty (30) days at least before any changes come into effect.
